Intro to Health and Wellness

Different types of health and wellness:
-physical wellness
-emotional wellness
-intellectual wellness
-social wellness (healthy relationships)
Physical Wellness
  • What is physical wellness to you?  Answer in one complete sentence.
  • If someone is physically well then they will (2 things they will do/look like if they are physically well).
  • If someone is NOT physically well then they will (2 things they will do/look like if they are not physically well).
  • 1 career that you need to be physically well in and 1 career that you do not need to be physically well in.

Emotional Wellness
  • What is emotional wellness to you?  Answer in one complete sentence.
  • If someone is emotionally well then they will (2 things they will do/look like if they are emotionally well).
  • If someone is NOT emotionally well then they will (2 things they will do/look like if they are not emotionally well).
